A result oriented and seasoned professional with more than 32 years of diversified work experience in various power sector profile. Ms Ranjana Gupta is an accomplished executive with a proven track record in conceptualizing & executing strategies related to Power Trading Business.

Ms Ranjana Gupta started her career with Industrial Development Services Pvt Ltd, Delhi as Research officer and Senior Research Officer (Marketing). After her stint in IDSPL, she joined NTPC Limited in 1990 as Senior Engineer in Cost Engineering Department. Eventually in 2004, she got associated with NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVNL) in 2004. She was instrumental in setting up the Trading Business of NTPC and finally she left NVVNL in 2019. She was AGM (Business Development) at that point of time. Ms Ranjana Gupta continued being a consultant/advisor to organizations in India for all aspects of power trading business, power exchange, cross border business and regulatory issues.

Ms Ranjana Gupta is an (B.E) Electrical Engineer and completed her education from Delhi College of Engineering, India. Ms Gupta has travelled many countries for training and business development purpose.
