A respected leader and a seasoned professional with 24 years of diversified experience, Mr. Kapil Dev is an accomplished executive with a proven track record to conceptualize, develop, organize, execute and implement strategies to meet business goals and financial objectives.

Mr. Kapil Dev, started his career with NHPC Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise) and during his career has worked across the value chain in the sector including trading and for Power Exchange India Limited. During his tenure Power Exchange has seen a growth of more than 100% for three consecutive years. Mr. Kapil Dev has been associated with the development of power markets in the country since its early days.

Mr. Kapil Dev completed his BSc Engineering in Aligarh Muslim University and holds PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Mr. Kapil Dev has done a four-week course from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, China.
